Why always create money?

Category Understanding the basics

Against inequalities.

If we choose to start with the same amount of money to everyone, some will harness more than others with time. The more money you have at the beginning, the more one can harness.

With time, inequalities will widen, until the system will be blocked because some of them will have harnessed all the money.

For the generational renewal.

This phenomenon worsen with the generational renewal. Those whose parents have won lots of money will start life with a huge advantage over those whose parents couldn’t have won as much.

The money of great-grandparents have an influence on their great grandchildren’s when they never met each other.

To avoid jolts.

If one decided to create a fixed amount of money per person, they had to choose at what age. But it’s impossible to determine an age, because every individual become emancipated at a different age.

If an individual dies prematurely, their part of money would be far too important in relation to the use they would have had from it. The influence of this part of money would be too important.

The creation of money would be chaotic.

Continuous creation.

A continuous creation allows to never lack money, to distribute it when created, and to have a smooth and predictable evolution of the money supply.
